Q - Do you repair all types of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems?
A - Of course, our technicians are fully licensed refrigeration mechanics with expert knowledge in all facets of cooling systems.

Q - Can you supply and install all types of air conditioners?
A – We certainly can from large central plant units to split ducted and high wall split systems.

Q - Do you supply all brands of air conditioners?
A – SGRS supply and install all major brands of air conditioners Samsung, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Daikin and Actron to name a few. All the systems we supply are MEPS rated and certified for use in Queensland.

Q - Do you cover Brisbane and the gold coast areas?
A - Yes

Q – Should our A/C unit have a regular service schedule?
A – We highly recommend that each system receives an annual maintenance this will help keep the system running more efficiently and prolong the life of the components. PLEASE NOTE IT IS ONLY WORTH DOING MAINTENANCE IF IT IS CARRIED OUT CORRECTLY TO HIGH STANDARDS, NOT JUST FOR THE SAKE OF BILLING THE CUSTOMER. Ask about our maintenance packages.

Q – Do our systems require periodic cleaning?
A – Bacteria and enzymes really like to breed on air conditioners, we can arrange full system cleans and filter changes, this will reduce the spread of viral and germ based bacterias.

Q – Can you save us money on our power bills?
A – SGRS can carry out an energy audit to monitor exactly where your money is going, we can then determine weather a few simple changes can be made to reduce running costs. Please ask for details. A major factor in energy consumption depends mainly on good maintenance.

Q - Do you offer a 24 hour breakdown service?
A - Yes

Q - Do you carry spare parts for all common air con systems?
A - We carry a wide range of spares for most common air cons.

Q - do you have a current QBSA licence which covers you for your specific trade AIR CONDITIONING?
A - well this is a very common question as most builders/shopfitters who take on the task of the air conditioning are not actually licenced or carry a QBSA that covers this trade. We hold a trade specific QBSA which is a legal requirement.

Q - How do you manage to keep the costs so competitive?
A - We have now entered the world of the virtual office which means we can work anywhere at any time, you do not have to pay for our showroom and I am sure by now most people are well aware what an air conditioner looks like. Due to our international experience all of our processes and working procedures are in line with major contractors. So we still have all the professionalism without the glitzy overheads.

Q- Do you have a health and safety policy?
A - Working for national corporations across a wide range of state government projects we comply to a very high level of health and safety.
