HIGH WALL SPLIT SYTEM

Most commonly used system for smaller spaces, typically known as a split system air conditioner, Ideal for individual offices, small cafes, restaurants and small shops.  Various sizes from 2.6kw up to 10kw using inverter technology to increase or decrease the capacity required. Infrared remote controlled.

CEILING CASSETTE

A flush mounted unit that is concealed in the ceiling with all the mechanical parts above the ceiling. Systems are available in compact design to fit into a 600x600mm ceiling grid. Ideal for areas where wall space is in short supply, used in offices, shops, service stations, supermarkets and restaurants. Duty from 4kw to 16kw.Wired remote control, wall mounted or infra red remote.

UNDER CEILING CASSETTE/CONSOLE

Large single discharge units suspended just below the ceiling. Excellent fan velocity often used in long rooms to achieve good air coverage, available in sizes from 6kw to 16kw controlled by wall controller or remote control.

DUCTED

Typically used for large open plan areas such as offices, supermarkets, shopping centres and industrial units. The indoor evaporator is concealed above the ceiling grid and the air is ducted above the ceiling using flexible and solid type duct work then diffused into the area to be cooled. Very versatile units with zone control to achieve multi temperature areas. Controlled by BMS or wall mounted control systems. Sizes range from 6kw to 28kw.

PACKAGED UNITS

Often mounted on the roof of the building and the return and discharge air is ducted into the building via solid ductwork, widely used across Australia for large open areas like supermarkets, call centres, office complexes and sports facilities. Capacities vary from 15kw to over 60kw. Easily maintained as a central plant system. Controlled by BMS or wall mounted thermostat.

FLOOR GRILLS

Used to give that sophisticated and sleek look to modern building design. These grills can be installed into concrete finished flooring with the discharge air ducted into them. Very versatile and discreet.

VRV OR MULTI SYSTEMS

Variable refrigeration velocity units are large capacity units that can be connected to a varied number of fan coil units, the units can be a mixture of styles from wall mount to ceiling cassette. Commonly used in office complexes where individual temperature control is paramount. Capacities vary from 16kw to over 100kw when linked together. These are very versatile systems with a wide range of applications.

QLD MEPS RATING- As of July 2010 new energy efficiency targets have been introduced in Queensland. This means all air conditioning units under 65KW’s must achieve an EER of 2.75. We ensure all systems conform to the new standards

Inverter technology used with R410a the refrigerant of the future is up to 35% more efficient than fixed speed compressors. This creates tighter temperature control, quieter operation and smoother running during extreme conditions.
